With over 14 years of experience in residential real estate and mortgage lending, Paula Bonnafant brings a wealth of expertise, creativity, and passion to every client relationship. Growing up with a top-producing agent as her mother, Paula gained insight into the industry early on and has since built her own reputation for delivering results. Between 2015–2018 alone, she closed more than $150 million in volume, a testament to her ability to guide clients seamlessly through complex transactions.
Paula specializes in helping clients relocate, purchase primary & second homes, and invest in Florida’s dynamic real estate market. Her deep knowledge of design and architecture, combined with her sharp market expertise, allows her to match buyers and investors with properties that fit both lifestyle and financial goals.
Originally from Connecticut and New York City, Paula also brings a unique creative perspective from her career as a fashion designer and artist, where she worked with global brands including Ralph Lauren, Victoria’s Secret, and Gap. She holds a master's degree in Asian Pacific Studies with a concentration in Mandarin Chinese and was awarded a Presidential Scholarship from designer Zac Posen for Fashion Design.
Beyond her professional achievements, Paula is passionate about art, bead embroidery, and nature photography. A lifelong vegetarian and animal lover, she also finds inspiration in nature and the creative process.
